Morning all !
Here's my Cameron.


Bit rushed I'm afraid and it could do with a bit of polishing, but for a Sunday morning and after one ( just one ! ) coffee, I'm surprised it didn't come out looking like Bart Simpson.

First thing to notice about Cameron's face is the sheer gloss of it all....this man's skin is regularly bathed in Corgis' milk and pampered by the finest dermatalogical products known to man....

The easy part is his iconic status...he's already well known for certain attributes which makes life a lot easier for a cartoonist...

The huuuuuge forehead with a well groomed, brushed back high hairline....
The big blue Bambi eyes that have whispy eyebrows ( his expressions are better defined by the contortions of the muscles around the eyes rather than the eyebrows )
The commanding beak of a nose...
And a mouth that is small with no visible upper lip which appears not to be able to move even if it was there....
Chubby cheeks and a longish pointed chin complete the effect.

I'm not sure I'll have time to do this one because I hatched a Big Idea for my little band to act out a story for an upcoming renaissance faire...on October 8. Um, yeah, I'm insane! I have to make two puppets (a king and a dragon), finish writing the script, draw and color a few different knights and then print and laminate, make a sign and still try to find a couple props. Oh, yeah, and we have new music to learn.
