The chances of selling either to any of them are slim Virtual. They accept about 3 submissions a year out of thousands. Rather go for a local rag in Dublin or something. There must be a couple.

I am starting of the principle that if i cant sell a cartoon to the local paper there is no chance of selling it to multiple international papers.
