Price wise for the Cintiq 21 you're looking at $2000 and $999 for the Cintiq 12.

I've seen some Cintiq 12's on ebay (used ones) with bidding currently under £300. New ones are around £800.

Debatable that one. I sometimes wish I were back in the Navy or on the rigs again.

Yeah well business is slow atm. I'm hoping it will pick up shortly. How do we get to this from talking about Cintiq's anyway?

You wanting a 9-5 job Shocked

Meanwhile, re the Cintiqs. I am going to give them a big miss. I had a go with my wacom tablet yesterday and it wasn't too bad but one major flaw and from the reviews this also applies to the cintiqs is that the cursor does not always stay in same place as the pen. Example, yesterday i discovered my digital pen was sensitive enough to still work when tracing over paper. However despite tracing accurately (my own hand drawn pic) the pc cursor was all over the screen so the pic was nonsense. I'd have to keep bringing it back in line so still it is not a natural drawing experience.

Also I feel i should learn how to use the software programs I have before branching out to expensive gizmos.
