Please check out a couple of short clips of a cartoon I'm creating, Marvelous Marvin

Re: Meet Marvin
Saw your clips.
Are you doing this in Flash?
What's the premiss of the cartoon? Just from what I saw there is no reason to follow the story. If you want to build a following then show more of what the stories will be and some dialoge would be good also.
It's not easy doing a cartoon on your own but don't give up. Finish one episode at a time then start showing your work.
Good luck

@ Kidcardona
Thanks. I'm "using" Animate. (I use the verb "using" loosely since I don't know what the hell I'm doing LoL). I guess the short answer to " the premise" is, it's about a young superhero coming into his own, but living in the shadow of his "hall of fame" superhero father. It started as a comic strip I tinkered with until about a month ago, when I came across Animate and acquired the means to make things move. These clips are more about trying to learn the software than introducing the story. I'm a do-it-yourself illustrator. No formal instruction, save the tutorials I find across the net, so I need criticism and tips to improve while I'm working toward longer features.

Re: Meet Marvin
We use Animate Pro here at the studios so i understand the self taught aspect you are going thru. I suggest that you first work out all your characters in a model sheet, then put a good storyboard together. once that is done then start your project based on your storyboard. You will see progress go faster and it will encourge you to keep adding more.
In your story board make sure that the audience understands the problems that your hero is going thru. Until you mentioned about living under his father's shadow i had no idea. i think you get the point.
Good luck and am looking forward to seeing what it is you come up with.
