I drew this picture using a pc mouse so it is entirely digitally created. The colours can be manipulated in a variety of ways.

Yep, that's where I got the idea for pic two from. I am only now investigating the filter options on Photoshop as I generally use the ones in Inkscape but they have a good range in Photoshop..I especially like the fine grain effect and pencil sketch filters.

I really like the neon lights effect as they do look like light designs. Maybe they'll inspire someone to make'em Wink
