Your cartoon is cute, the style looks very much Anime, which I see a lot of out there already. Tone down your background colors and let the characters be the main focus.
Work on some solid story lines and work on a purpose for the characters doing whatever it is they will be doing.
Work on character personality development more and put it all down in your cartoon bible as well as story line and other story ideas.
Try not to bottleneck yourself on color choices. At this stage experiment with colors on your characters and find a way to keep everything exciting.

Thanks for the input! In a way i would agree with you in the anime sense, but theres also a lot of anime elements that it does not hold. With everything else yes i will defiantly work to improve on! Stories in words are my weakest point, i have began to write another series/movie and am leaving this to be for a while Smile Thank you ever so much for your input Very Happy
