Iv'e submitted stuff to them but no
They said they were looking for more of a Private Eye look. Bill mentioned them before as good income in the long run. This is where Businesses go in to buy Cartoons that are on their site related to a certain subject and you sell the same Gag over and over if you're lucky. Much the same as Royalties. Might be worth having a closer look at the more popular categories and aiming towards those?

Business orientated Gags are a good way to go for Cartoonstock.
