Hiya! Another newbi :D

Hi there!

My name is Brittany and im a young artist from Aus. I have only been drawing for a year or soo and already have decided to take on this hobby as a career.

I love to animate my toons from time to time but mostly just like to draw toons. I know i havent got heaps of experience and i know i still have a long way to go but i am really working hard on making a career for myself out of this, wether it be animating to illustration

At the moment i have been focusing on animals as i prefer to work with them and i love to put expressions and all into one. I do draw a lot of humans traditionally too and just need to work more on my animals. To help myself out with humans and animals i make characters for myself with their own sort of personality which helps me bring the character more to life on paper and when i animate.

I decided to join this site to meet others who love to draw and just to learn more

As im only still new to cartooning i still havent made a site for myself, although i have signed up for many art sites such as Deviant and so on. So i chucked a little gallery of some of my work on a tumblr. Im sorry about that, i will make one when my commissions start up again

Hi Brttany. you got skills! Not shabby for only 1+ years and already doing animation, hot dang.Being young and talented,learn all you can from digital software ( you probablly down already) myself just starting to learn the digital part.In today comics it helps to be well rounded.I draw because I love to do it, it's FREEDOM, real simple no other reason for me. Money plays no equation in it.

Hiya! thank you soo much I started to draw mostly on computers, with the occasional traditional piece so im slowly moving program to program animating has been my sort of new topic im having a go at just to see if i enjoy it and all At the moment i do draw mostly for free with a few commissions, but most of my arts are Trades with other artists so i fully agree with you, art is bout freedom and being able to express yourself through a drawing no matter who or what the character is

Brittany, you definately have talent and ability: that running dog looks absolutely pro.

I assume you are still quite young, and I'm pretty sure you will be able to attract the attention of an animation studio at this rate.
